Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PriceDove ("the Service"), operated by Splur LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. The service

PriceDove provides short-term-rental market data: current calendar prices from listings in your area, a compset around your listing, and an exportable reference pricing curve. Data is refreshed on a schedule and reflects public listing calendars at the snapshot time shown in your export. PriceDove does not set your prices and does not guarantee bookings or revenue.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. One subscription covers one listing.

3. Pricing and billing

The paid plan is €20 (or $20) per listing per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may use exports for pricing your own listings. You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

5. Data accuracy and liability

Market data is provided "as is" from public sources and may contain errors or gaps. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for pricing decisions you make using the Service.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of US. Consumers keep any non-waivable rights under their local law.
