Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

If PriceDove doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. After the first 14 days, renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel to avoid further charges.

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from using the Service for more than 3 consecutive days in a billing period, we'll refund that period on request.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
