This policy explains what Splur LLC collects when you use PriceDove and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name on your Google account and Google's stable account identifier. We do not store your profile photo.
• Consent record: the date you accepted these terms and which version, so we can show that you did.
• Listing data: the listing you anchor a neighbourhood to and the neighbourhoods you seal.
• Payment data: we invoice directly and never see or store card numbers. We keep your billing name, address, and country as needed for invoicing and tax.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for up to 30 days for security. Our application logs record events against a one-way hash of your email, not the email itself.
• Support messages: anything you send via the contact form or email.

Why we use it

To run the Service, take payment, respond to support requests and prevent abuse. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)), and your consent where you gave it. We do not sell your data and do not run advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the Service: a hosting provider (data centres in the EU), a network-delivery provider, a payment processor (once you subscribe), and Google if you choose to sign in with Google. Each processes data under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell your data. No third party is contacted just by loading a page.

Cookies

We set one cookie, strictly necessary to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising and requires no consent banner.

Retention

• Accounts that never subscribed and have not signed in for 30 days are deleted automatically.
• Saved neighbourhoods older than 30 days are deleted automatically.
• An open account is kept for as long as you keep it. When you delete it, everything is removed immediately, except invoices, which we must keep for the period required by tax law.
• Server logs: 30 days.

Your rights

You can do the two things that matter most yourself, without asking us, from your account page:

• Download your data as a machine-readable file (right of access and portability).
• Delete your account and everything tied to it (right to erasure).

For correction, restriction, objection, or anything else, email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. EU residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
