This policy explains what Splur LLC collects when you use PriceDove and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google account ID.
• Listing data: the listing URL or address you anchor a compset to.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep Stripe's customer and subscription IDs and your billing country.
• Usage data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
• Support messages: anything you send via the contact form or email.

Why we use it

To run the Service, take payment, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data and do not run advertising.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in the EU), and Google if you sign in with Google. Each processes data under its own terms.

Cookies

We use only a session cookie needed to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of closure, except invoices which we keep as required by tax law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. EU residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
